  • 3 lbs. spare ribs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) low-sodium can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1/2 c. natural honey
  • 2 tbsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven at 400 degrees F. Cut ribs into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Drain off fat. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour mixture over ribs. Lower temperature to 350 degrees F. Bake for 40 minutes. If you desire, sprinkle sesame seeds on top of ribs.
