Orange Grilled Tuna Steaks
Ingredients
- 4 6-oz. Ahi tuna steaks
- 1 orange
- 1 tsp. fresh parsley, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Peel the orange, then cut it into 1/4-inch thick slices. Place tuna steaks on a grill and cover them with parsley, salt, pepper, and orange slices. Grill to desired doneness, throw out orange slices, and serve.
