  • 3 T. olive oil
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 lemon, cut in half
  • 1 C. orange juice
  • 1 mango - peeled, seeded, and sliced
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet and begin to cook the chicken breasts. It should take around 5 to 10 minutes on each side. Season both sides of breasts with salt and pepper. Remove from heat, and set aside. Now, heat the lemon juice in the same skillet, Mix in orange juice, mango, and cinnamon, cook until thickened. Spoon the sauce over the cooked chicken breasts.
