  • 1 (16 oz.) can pureed pumpkin
  • 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 ½ C. sugar
  • 1 C. cranberries
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 ½ sticks butter, cut into pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, pumpkin pie spice, eggs, and sugar until smooth. Stir in cranberries and orange zest. Pour into a greased baking dish and sprinkle cake mix over mixture. Top with pieces of butter and bake for 45 minutes to an hour until firm.
