Oranges with Lemon Cream

With a yogurt sauce sweetened with a little honey, this is a smart choice for breakfast or anytime.

Ingredients

  • 2 C. plain lowfat yogurt
  • 3 Tbs. Honey
  • 3/4 tsp. Lemon zest
  • 1 Tbs. Plus 1 tsp. Lemon juice
  • 4 navel oranges, peeled and segmented

Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Serve oranges in individual serving bowls topped with lemon cream.

Serves 4.
