  • 1 T. olive oil
  • ½ onion, diced
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1 lb. lean ground turkey
  • 1 C. bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ½ T. oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 C. orange juice
  • 1 C. cranberries
  • 1/3 C. sugar

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a skillet, heat oil and sauté onion and celery until softened. In a bowl, combine turkey, sautéed blend, bread crumbs, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper. Once combined, shape mixture into 12 meatballs and place onto a baking sheet with a raised rim. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until juices run clear and cooked through. Prepare your cranberry sauce by combining orange juice, cranberries, and sugar in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until simmering and cranberries soften. Serve meatballs with sauce.
