Oreo Caramel Delight
Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb. 1 oz.) chocolate cream Oreo's
- 14 oz. pkg. caramels
- 1/2 C. margarine
- 5 oz. can evaporated milk
- 1 C. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip, divided
Directions
Crush Oreo's. Spread 3/4 of them in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Melt together milk, margarine and caramels and pour over cookies, let cool. Blend together powdered sugar, vanilla and cream cheese. Then blend in 2 C. Cool Whip. Mix well. Spread over caramel /cookie mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle remaining Oreo's on top Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
