  • 36 Oreo Cookies, divided
  • 1/4 C. butter
  • 4 pkg. (8-oz. each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 C. granulated sugar
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 oz. semisweet chocolate
  • 4 oz. white chocolate

Preheat your oven to 325°F and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with foil, making sure to fold over the sides. Crush 24 of your Oreo cookies. Melt the butter and mix with crumbs. Pour and press onto the bottom of the pan. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar with hand blender. Mix in vanilla and sour cream. Beat in eggs one at a time. Chop up the remaining Oreo cookies and gently stir into batter. Pour entire mixture over crust and spread evenly. Place in oven and bake for 35 minutes or until the center is almost set. Cool completely. Cover cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Use the foil overhang to remove cheesecake from pan. Slice and serve!
Tip: For any cookie crumb crust, I find it easiest to place cookies in a large zip-lock bag and crush using a rolling pin.
