Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F. To crush Oreos, place into a plastic bag, zip shut and beat them with a meat hammer lightly until completely broken. Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter in a bowl and press into a 9 inch pie pan. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Carefully mix in the 8 broken Oreo cookies and stir until they are about evenly distributed. Pour filling into crust and bake in oven for 55 minutes or until center is almost firm. Remove from oven, run a knife along the edge, and let cake cool in fridge for 4 hours. While pie cools, make the whipped cream by placing the chocolate into a medium bowl and set aside. Heat the sugar and 1 C. cream in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook until sugar dissolves. Pour cream mixture over chocolate, stir until chocolate has melted. Let cool. Move chocolate mixture to electric mixture with whisk attachment, add in remaining cream, and beat on medium speed until thick and fluffy. Remove pie from fridge, top with whip cream and an Oreo, and serve.
