Oreo Ice Cream Cake

Don't pay some expensive ice cream shop to make your cake – this is an easy (and fun!) way to make it on your own.

Ingredients

  • 1 quart ice cream
  • 1 pkg. Oreo or Hydrox cookies
  • 1 jar hot fudge or chocolate sauce

Directions

Soften ice cream. Crush cookies in a bowl and pour on the bottom of a casserole pan. Spread softened ice cream over top of crushed Oreo cookies. Pour sauce on top. Freeze and serve.

Yield: 12-16 servings
