Oriental Beef Strips

Lots of soy sauce and brown gravy mix combine to marinate this meat dish as it slow-cooks to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. thin sliced top or bottom round steak
  • 1 large onion, cut into chunks
  • 6-8 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs. garlic powder
  • 1/4 C. water
  • 1 pkg. dry brown gravy mix

Directions

Cut round steaks in 1-inch strips, trimming off all excess fat. Put strips into crockpot. Over this add onion chunks, garlic powder and soy sauce. Add water to the dry brown gravy mix. Pour over meat mixture. Cook on low for 6 hours.
