  • 2 C. Ground Meat Mix*
  • 16 oz. Can chop suey vegetables (drained)
  • 10 oz. Package frozen peas
  • 1 C. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground ginger
  • 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • Chow mein noodles

In a large saucepan or skillet, combine Ground Meat Mix*, chop suey vegetables, frozen peas, and 1 cup of water. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. In a small mixing bowl, blend together cornstarch, sugar, and ginger; gradually stir in soy sauce and 2 tablespoons water. Add to beef mixture; cook and stir until thickened.
