  • 1 med. block Monterey cheese
  • 1 can Ortega chilies
  • sour cream (enough to reach desired creaminess)

Cook rice according to package directions. While rice is still warm put in mixing bowl, add cheese, chilies, and sour cream. Note: The more sour cream the creamer the dish. This dish is best served warm.
