Crab dips; everyone has a recipe. We do too, and we think it's pretty good.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lump crab meat (try to use fresh, not canned)
  • 1/2 C. sharp cheddar, grated
  • 1/2 C. pepper jack, grated
  • 1/4 C. parmesan, grated
  • 3/4 C. Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 C. scallions, finely sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 3 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lime, juiced and zested
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp.salt, to taste
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper, to taste

Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a casserole dish and and smooth so it's an even layer. 

Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. In the final ten minutes of cooking, sprinkle excess cheese over the top, if desired.
