  • 2 lb. beef stew meat
  • 1 C. yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 C. carrots, chopped
  • 3 C. potatoes, peeled
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 2/3 C. beef broth
  • ¾ C. celery, chopped
  • ¾ C. apple cider
  • ¼ C. flour
  • ½ tsp. dried thyme
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. cumin

Cut up the meat into 2 inch pieces. Add all of the vegetables and meat into your crockpot. Sprinkle in salt, pepper, thyme, cinnamon and cumin. Add in the beef broth and apple cider. Stir, everything together. Make sure the potatoes are covered completely. Let it cook for 4 hours on a high setting. Before its ready, remove a C. of the liquid and mix it with flour. Let it cook until it becomes thick. Enjoy!
