  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup peanut-butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • chocolate covered peanut-butter cups

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Sift the flour, baking soda and salt together in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together brown sugar, peanut-butter, sugar and butter together. Combine these two mixtures well until it turns into dough.

Now shape them into balls and place them on the baking tray and insert the tray into the oven for 8 minutes. Take the tray out and immediately stick a peanut-butter cup into the center of each cookie. Allow to cool down and then serve.
