Our Favorite Roast Beef Sandwiches
Serving Size / Yield
- 12 dinner rolls or hoagie rolls
- 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
- 1 pound cheese
- ¼ cup of each mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish mayo and sour cream
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce
- Foil paper
Toast and split the dinner rolls
In a small bowl, mix the sauces together and set aside to chill for ten minutes
To assemble, spread the rolls with mixture, layer the meat on top and spread the cheese on top of the meat.
Wrap each roll in aluminum foil and store till required. Just before serving, pop them on a hot grill or in a hot oven for ten minutes.
Serve hot with fresh coleslaw or potato salad.
