Ingredients

  • 1 can pre-made biscuit dough
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/4 C confectioners sugar
  • 2 C marshmallow cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Granulated sugar, for topping

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat together butter, confectioners sugar, marshmallow and vanilla in a bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth, about 3 minutes.

Place biscuits on baking pan and cut in half. Fill dough with whoopie filling. Close up biscuit.

Bake for 13 to 17 minutes, or until golden brown. Sprinkle with granulated sugar and serve.
