  • 1 onion
  • 1 C. parsley
  • 1 C. cilantro
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 1 T. cumin
  • 3 C. chickpeas, cooked
  • 2 T. flour
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt

Directions

Preheat the oven to 475 degrees. Add all of the ingredients into a food processor. Make small patties with the mixture. Layer them onto a greased baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve with a pita and other desired toppings. Enjoy!
