Even if it's the middle of winter, you can still enjoy a summer classic by cooking your salmon in the oven. Add lemon and rosemary for a great salmon.

  • 1 lb. salmon filet, skinless
  • 1/2 C. Italian dressing
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 C. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 4 lemon slices

Place salmon in large plastic bag. Mix all ingredients except for lemon slices and rosemary. Pour mixture in bag. Include lemon slices and rosemary. Place in fridge to marinade for at least 2 hours. Preheat oven at 450 degrees F. Bake salmon for 12 to 15 minutes. If you desire, add additional lemon slices on side before serving.
