Oven-Baked Steak

Just because you're watching what you eat, doesn't mean you can't have red meat. This is a healthy and tasty way to make hearty meal to satisfy your carnivorous cravings.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. top round cubed and cut into 8 pieces
  • 1 can mushroom gravy, canned
  • 1 C. mushroom sliced
  • 1/4 C. onion diced
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbs. peanut oil
  • 2 pkg. tomato soup Soup'r Sauce mix

Directions

Heat peanut oil in skillet and brown steak pieces. In baking dish mix mushroom gravy, mushrooms, onion, Worcestershire sauce and one packet of Thin andHealthy Soup'r Sauce mix. After browning steaks place in baking dish with gravy mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and remove from oven. Turn steaks and place back in oven. Bake for another 30-45 minutes until done and tender. Serve with salad and baked potato.
