Oven-Baked Sweet Potato Wedges
Serving Size / Yield
- 3 large sweet potatoes, sliced into wedges (leave the skin on)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A pinch of cinnamon
First, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil. Next, toss sliced sweet potatoes in the coconut oil until they’re fully coated. Once sweet potatoes are coated in the oil, arrange them on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
After sweet potatoes have cooked, remove them from the oven and serve them with your favorite fall dishes.
