Oven-Crisped Potatoes for Two
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
- 3 Tbs. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 Tbs. finely chopped onion
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Salt to taste
Arrange sliced potatoes in an ungreased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Combine butter, onion, pepper and salt. Pour over potatoes. Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
