We all love fried chicken, and this is a healthier version that is still delicious. This recipe is great for dinner and doesn’t require a lot of ingredients!

  • 3 to 4 pounds of chicken
  • 1/4 cup of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/3 cup of margarine or butter

Heat the oven to 435 degrees Fahrenheit.

Combine the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Mix well and then coat each peace of chicken with the flour mixture.

Put the butter in a baking pan and place it inside the oven to melt it.

Once melted, arrange the chicken in the pan so that it is a single layer with the skin side down.

Bake for 30 minutes and then turn the chicken over. Bake for another 15 minutes or until the chicken is done.
