Oven-Fried Dill Pickles
- 1/2 C. yellow cornmeal
- 1/3 C. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
- 1 (32-oz.) jar hamburger dill pickle slices, drained
- Cooking spray
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish or pie plate; stir well. Press pickle slices between paper towels until barely moist; dredge in cornmeal mixture. Place pickles on a large baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Lightly coat pickles with cooking spray. Bake at 450ºF for 12 minutes or until golden. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
