  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 C. dry bread crumbs
  • 2/3 C. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, whisk together garlic and olive oil. In a shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, basil, and pepper. Dip each chicken breast in the oil and transfer to bread crumbs. Place chicken in your prepared baking dish and top with any remaining bread crumb mixture. Bake for 30 minutes
