  • 1/2 C. butter, room temperature
  • 2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. poppy seeds
  • 1 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 med. onion, finely grated
  • 8 cracked pepper sandwich rolls
  • 1 lb. shaved boiled ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix together butter, mustard, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce and onion. Split rolls and spread mixture thinly on both sides. Divide ham between rolls, top with 1 slice of Swiss cheese, and replace sandwich tops.

Wrap sandwiches in aluminum foil and warm at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
