Oven Omelet

Almost everyone I know makes omelets just on the stove and not the oven. You should try this recipe because by placing the omelet in the oven, it makes it taste so much better!

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 C. diced cooked ham
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbs. dried minced onion
  • 2 C. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes

n a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 8" square baking dish. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

Tip: Add your own choice of ingredients for your own version. Try other meats, fresh veggies, salsa, or spices.
