Sometime omelets taste better cooked in the oven as opposed to stove top. I prefer cooking them in the oven so I wanted to share this recipe with you.

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 C. diced cooked ham
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbs. dried minced onion
  • 2 C. froz.en shredded hash brown potatoes

Directions

In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 8" square baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

Makes 6-8 servings.

Note: Add your own choice of ingredients for your own version. Try other meats, fresh veggies, salsa, or spices.
