Oven Roasted Collard Greens and Bacon
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 cup thick-cut bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 bunches collard greens
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss collard greens with olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Roast on a baking sheet for about 6 minutes stirring half way through. Add bacon and cook for 4 more minutes.
