  • Yukon Gold/fingerling Potatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning, Preferably Mccormick's
  • Chicken Stock
  • Whole Lemon- Cut Into 8th’s
  • 8 Cloves of Garlic- Peeled & Smashed
  • Fresh Cracked Sea Salt
  • ½ stick Salted Butter

Cut potatoes into long strips.
Place potatoes in baking dish and season with the rotisserie chicken seasoning and add in olive oil on top.
Add in the chicken stock until it's halfway in the dish, place lemons and garlic around potatoes.
Roast in the oven for 40 minutes or until tender.
Sprinkle sea salt on top and a little butter, then broil until crust is golden brown.
