Overnight Salmon Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 C. dry stuffing mix
- 1 large can salmon
- 1/4 C. chopped onion
- 1/2 C. diced celery
- 1/4 C. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 C. mayonnaise
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 C. milk
- 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Butter a 2 1/2 qt. casserole. Put 1 C. of stuffing in dish. Mix together next 7 ingredients. Place in dish on top of stuffing. Top with remaining stuffing. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to bake top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
