  • 1 lb. russet potatoes cut into bite sized chunks
  • 3 lbs. Boneless beef chuck roast
  • 2 T. freshly chopped rosemary
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1 C. beef broth
  • 1 C. Vidalia onion diced fine
  • 2 T. oregano
  • 2 T. onion powder
  • 2 T. garlic powder

Using the double dipper crockpot dish, place chopped potatoes in one side and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, then sprinkle the chopped rosemary. Stir slightly ensuring the potatoes have all been coated. Place meat in the other side and pour broth over the meat. Using the rest of the ingredients season the beef side, stir slightly to ensure the mixture has been mixed. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 8-9 hours, beef and potatoes should be tender. Serve together warm.
