Oyster Corn Chowder

Ingredients
- 1 sm. sweet red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- one 14-oz. can chicken broth
- 1 med. potato, cubed
- 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
- 8 oz. shucked oysters with liquid
- one 10-oz. pkg. whole kernel corn, thawed
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 C. heavy cream
Directions
Combine all ingredients except cream in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours. When ready to serve, stir in cream.
