Paleo Diet Radishes and Roast Beef

- 1 Large Radish, Sliced
- 1 cup Large Raisins
- 1 Top Rib/ Housekeeper's Cut, 2 1/2 lb
- Basil Leaves, Garnish
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Put the beef in a roasting tray with oil and garlic, use it sparingly.
Season the meat with salt and pepper.
Cook for an hour, then take out and let rest for 15 minutes.
Transfer to a cutting board and slice.
Put raisins in a bowl and add boiling water.
Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
On a plate add basil leaves, sliced radishes, and plump raisins.
Put the roast beef on top.
