Palomilla Steak with Onions

This steak and onion recipe makes a very delicious meal! If you like thin steaks, this is the recipe for you!

Ingredients

  • 4 palomilla steaks, pounded thin
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. meat tenderizer with spices
  • 1 med. onion, sliced
  • 1 green pepper (optional)
  • 3 Tbs. olive oil

Directions

Pound steaks until thin and season with salt, pepper and meat tenderizer with spices.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. If using green peppers, saute until soft. Add the onions and saute until tender. Add steaks to frying pan (or use a stove top grill if you have one). Cook for 4 minutes per side. Do not overcook. When done, place on a plate with onions and peppers.
