Palomilla Steak with Onions
Ingredients
- 4 palomilla steaks, pounded thin
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. meat tenderizer with spices
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper (optional)
- 3 Tbs. olive oil
Directions
Pound steaks until thin and season with salt, pepper and meat tenderizer with spices.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. If using green peppers, saute until soft. Add the onions and saute until tender. Add steaks to frying pan (or use a stove top grill if you have one). Cook for 4 minutes per side. Do not overcook. When done, place on a plate with onions and peppers.
