  • 1/2 tbs. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tbs. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tbs. onion powder
  • 1/4 tbs. dried oregano
  • 1/4 tbs. dried thyme
  • 1/2 C. flour
  • 2 tbs. extra virgin oil oil

Warm oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add fish to pan and cook for 4 minutes on each side or until flaky and well browned. Serve warm.
