Pan Fried Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1-2 potatoes
- 1-2 zucchinis
- 1 eggplant
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- lemon juice
- parmesan cheese with herbs
Directions
Slice all vegetables. Dip vegetables in flour and dry in vegetables in oil. Dribble lemon juice on artichokes. On other vegetables, sprinkle parmesan cheese with herbs.
