  • 1 pound of steak
  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 1 pound of mushrooms, halved
  • 1 small shallot, minced
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
  • ½ cup of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

As a large skillet with olive oil heats over high heat, season the steak with salt and pepper. Cook the steak for 4 minutes on each side then lower the heat. Transfer the steaks to a cutting board and let rest 5 minutes before slicing. In the meantime, add the butter, asparagus, mushrooms, shallot, garlic, thyme, and rosemary to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
