In a large bowl, mix together the oyster sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of rice wine, 1 tablespoon corn starch, and 2 tablespoons of water. Whisk it all together and set aside.

Trim the flank steak and cut into thin strips. Mix the steak pieces in a bowl with the remaining rice wine and corn starch. Make sure everything is coated and then let the steak sit for 15 minutes. While it’s sitting, boil a pot of water and steam the broccoli for 4-5 minutes or when it turns bright green.

Place a wok or large skillet over high heat and warm up the sesame oil. Cook the beef slices for 1 minute on each side. Add in the garlic, ginger, and broccoli. Finally, add in the sauce and keep stirring the wok until the sauce gets thick and bubbly. Serve immediately.
