Ingredients

  • 8 C. flour
  • 6 T. sugar
  • 6 3/4 tsp. yeast
  • 1 1/2 Tsp. salt
  • 3 C. warm water
  • 6 T. vegetable oil

Directions

Combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl. Slowly add in the water and oil, then blend with a stand mixer at a low speed until everything is combined.
Increase the speed to medium and beat for 2 minutes, until the dough is pulling away from the side of the bowl. Knead the dough on a floured surface until it's smooth and springy. Cover it loosely with plastic wrap and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Separate the dough into 3 different pieces and flatten onto different pizza pans. Poke the dough with a fork and let rise again for 10 minutes. Brush the crusts with oil and bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Top with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and your favorite veggies and bake for another 5 minutes.
