  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 3 basil leaves
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 4 slices of ciabatta
  • 1 fat garlic close, halved
  • 2 slices parma ham

Cut tomatoes into quarters and put them into a bowl with shredded basil leaves, 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 4 tablespoons olive oil, and salt and pepper. Stir mixture. Toast ciabatta and rub one side with garlic clove. Put on serving plates and spread the tomato mixture on top. Top each piece with 2 pieces of parma ham and serve.
