  • 1 (32 oz.) package shredded hash brown potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 C. shredded Asiago cheese
  • ½ C. grated Parmesan cheese
