  • 1 ½ lb. mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 T. olive oil
  • ¼ C. lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. thyme
  • ¼ C. Parmesan cheese
  • ½ C. Asiago cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a baking dish, toss mushrooms with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Top with Parmesan and Asiago. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
