  • 4 chicken breasts, split
  • 2 C. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 C. chopped parsley
  • 3/4 C. grated parmesan
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 3/4 C. butter

Directions

Mix the dry ingredients and melt the butter. Dip the chicken in the butter and bread crumbs to coat. Place on a foil lined baking dish and bake for 375 degrees for 1 hour.
