  • 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 small zucchini, diced
  • 2 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Put the chicken in the slow cooker and place the garlic, tomatoes, zucchini, and potatoes on top. Pour the marinara sauce over it all and season with basil and thyme. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Shred the chicken with two forks before serving if desired. Top with Parmesan cheese.
