Ingredients
- 3-4 sm. baking potatoes
- 1 Tbs. reduced calorie margarine, melted
- 1/4 C. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions
Cut potatoes lengthwise into wedges. Cut into 30 wedges for 3 potatoes or 32 wedges for 4 potatoes. Mix together Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder and salt in a large plastic bag. Brush melted margarine onto potatoes. Put 10-11 slices of potato into the bag at a time and shake until potatoes are coated with mixture. Place potatoes on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
