Parmesan Pepper Pasta
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 Package Linguine Pasta
- 6 Sweet Orange Peppers
- 1 pint of cherry tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- olive oil
- 1 ½ tsp. oregano
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Heat a little olive oil in a skillet on medium and add in garlic.
Saute for a minute.
Next add in tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add in peppers, oregano, and pasta and cook for about 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper for taste.
Garnish with parmesan.
