Parmesan Potatoes

Nothing says comfort food like cheese and potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. butter
  • Raw potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
  • Flour
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt butter in 12x8x2-inch baking dish in oven. Quarter potatoes lengthwise and shake in a sack of half flour and half Parmesan cheese. Place potatoes in buttered casserole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 375 degrees for 60 minutes, turning after the first 30 minutes.
