  • 1/3 C. red wine
  • 1 ¾ C. crushed tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb. squid, sliced and cut
  • ½ lb. pasta, cooked and drained
  • ½ C. Parmesan cheese, grated
